Welcome to Reception

We have looked at a selection of the books below which have enhanced our topic learning this half term about Dinosaurs, Space and The Lunar (Chinese) New Year!

 

 

We have learnt many poems including 'Popcorn, Popcorn and 'Pancakes from the Poetry basket.  Reciting poetry can ignite a love of language and has the power to enhance vocabulary as well shaping the pathways crucial in the process of learning to read.
