Challenge Partners
Challenge Partners is a practitioner-led charity which accelerates school improvement through leadership development and pupil progress. Excellent practice is shared across schools and trusts so that we are always learning from the best.
This process involves and annual rigorous review - a 3 day peer evaluation of teaching and learning, curriculum and outcomes and leadership at all levels. There is a sharp focus on the experience of pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds or with additional needs. This helps leaders understand what is working well at St Peter's as well as areas which need development.
We believe that being part of the Challenge Partners Network ensures St Peter's is always driving forwards in its quest to ensure 'Every Child a Success'.
