Welcome to Reception

Here are a selection of the books which we will explore  during the topic of All About Me, this half term.  

 

 

 

 

We will learn many poems including 'Tommy Thumb and 'Many things from the Poetry basket.  Reciting poetry can ignite a love of language and has the power to enhance vocabulary as well shaping the pathways crucial in the process of learning to read. 

 

 

Our topic next half term will be People who Help Us and Celebrations.
