Headline Priorities
1. Curriculum – Writing: To ensure pupils develop strong writing skills and can apply them independently with increasing accuracy, confidence and sophistication across all areas of the curriculum.
2. Curriculum – Maths: To strengthen pupils' fluency, recall and application of key mathematical knowledge so that they can confidently use mathematical facts and achieve well across the mathematics curriculum.
3. Attendance and Behaviour (Behaviour strand): To strengthen pupils' self-regulation, positive attitudes to learning and readiness to learn so that learning time is maximised and classroom routines remain highly effective.
4. Leadership and Governance: To strengthen strategic leadership capacity and governance oversight so that leaders at all levels evaluate impact precisely and drive continued improvement.
